Actually Georgie has this one correct. Article 4 Section 4 clearly states that the President may appoint the remaining members of Congress if the parties have not filled their seats after three days, which Wario and Warlock have failed to accomplish. There certainly was the mixup where Scar posted conflicting information regarding how many people could be appointed to Congress, but it doesn’t change the fact both candidates didn’t appoint anyone period. If someone is stopping Georgie from fulfilling his Constitutional duties, I would say he has a good chance of going to court to fight this and winning. I certainly don’t like the idea of handing over a Congressional supermajority over to CRT, but we can’t just change the rules because we’re dissatisfied with the outcome.
