When I found this joke, It was a two way conversation - I created it so Satan, Al Pacino, was asking and answering his own question and then reacting to the horror of the reply. I hope this makes sense.
Also in the original, The man had 'fisted' two babies and used them as boxing gloves to fight off the grieving parents :~)
