Info: he was Jack's best friend at the Lab. They knew each other for like 10 years. He controls blood. He wears a shock collar given to him by the lab workers.
Death: at 15 his power was getting to strong so the lab workers decided to...execute him. THey did this by turning on the shock collar on FULL BLAST no warning. Jack tried to get it off but failed ( he blames both himself and the lab workers for Noahs dead) making Jack homicidal.
