There are users who have been banned by Stream Owners because they have ZERO respect for the Terms of Use and have ignored multiple warnings.

We don't want users on this stream who break the Terms of Use over and over. We don't want Moderators who let them back in.

I'm sorry I didn't see they were banned by a site mod..

Me being a Sitewide Moderator has nothing to do with it. They were banned from MSmg by a MSmg Stream Owner.

They are free to go somewhere else on Imgflip. Maybe they will get a clue about the Terms of Use and have fun or maybe they will keep it up and get deleted.
