Same. The best idea is to have a friend to play as a pyro or some other really good character to stay somewhat near heals that your going to go to. Just stay in a discord call and do it. It’s op.

As a medic sometimes I won’t heal scouts at all. What are they gonna do. Take more damage and come back. Lemme heal my pyro/heavy. If your a scout. Your expected to live off the heals around the map. Or if your playing harvest quickly get back to your base and get some heals and ammo.
