So an Octoling should be no big deal to kidnap, but if I get spotted by Agent 3, one of two things will happen, I will have to tranquilize them and leave them sleeping for the other Octarians to deal with, or just outright kill them.

I'd go with the first option because I doubt the octerians could keep them in there for long
