Well, you can if you want to make a profit
You can still give free hugs, but you just can't use the title of Giver of Free Hugs

To get the title of Giver of Free Hugs, you must be verified by me. To be verified, you 1. Must meet me in person and demonstrate hugging capabilities, and 2. Survey the same people that I did to see if your hugs are on level.
I know this may be difficult, but it's the only way, in order to make sure that anyone who may use the free hugs™️ as their thing, doesn't do it illegally.
