You should go to doctor/therapist to figure out if you actually have it.

When I ask my doctor about it they literally made me answer some questions
there were about ten of them
no way it was accurate, and also I have all the symptoms so I don't really trust them

They have to ask you questions so they can have a proper diagnosis.

I know but 10 seems a little few in order to get proper information
also they said I tested completely negative even though I have all of the symptoms-
maybe I'm just overreacting though
