It's not that hard to understand.

That's a double negative. Did you mean 'student loans will be forgiven if you qualify' ? The url you provided is very specific about qualifying conditions.

Meanwhile, I'm very interested in understanding why elected officials requested each PPP loan, and why four of them got MILLIONS forgiven...

Also lets keep in mind that nearly all of the above have been verbally opposing student loan forgiveness, while they got forgiven themselves. The hypocrisy there isn't hard to understand either.

The conditions for PPP loans for those that qualified for PPP loans:
First Draw PPP loans made to eligible borrowers qualify for full loan forgiveness if during the 8- to 24-week covered period following loan disbursement:

Employee and compensation levels are maintained,
The loan proceeds are spent on payroll costs and other eligible expenses, and
At least 60% of the proceeds are spent on payroll costs.

Please make sure you call out any dems who got PPPs forgiven and are screaming bloody murder because students will get their loans forgiven as well.
