Cross, the Barbarian,

Dream, the Elf Bard,
And finally, Bubbles the young Warrior!
You stumble across a tavern called the Merl Inn, and find yourself in the midst of a brawl..

Cross: (Fighting some of the brawlers)
Bubbles: *Tired*
Monika: (Looking in her spell book)

mind: seems like i didnt come at a right time-

Witch: Do you want to be rich?
Monika: (Sigh) Yeah. We're kind of broke at the moment.
Witch: The riches I speak of are to be found in the Black Crystal Dungeon, and they will give you a lifetime of joy, but the road to the dungeon and the treasure is treacherous.. but not as treacherous as.. (Noticed the four have left) *Sigh* They never listen.

mind: hmm..

Bubbles: (Running through the forest, but then bumps into a mage) Oh, s-sorry-
