I googled ouija board rules and this is one of them along with "don't use it in your home"

also you use ouija boards by through ghost moving your finger once its on the planchette

bruh Ouija boards don't actually do anything supernatural. They "work" by everyone putting their fingers on a planchette and a ghost moving the planchette to point to letters. In reality the leader thinks of a letter or a number absent mindedly and their finger moves slightly in unconsious response to that while everyone else's fingers just follow along. Its quite an interesting neuroscience.
