my stlye works digiatally and traditionally. i use flippaclip when drawing digitally

Sometimes Clip Studio Paint, depending on the device I'm on.

Yea, Clip Studio Paint is pretty decent for any animation

flippaclip is actually an animating app but i mostly use it for art

draw something
then press copy at the top
then make a new frame
then past and slightly move the drawing
and repeat

The best way to get better at animating is to start with drawing first.
