(Itazura Guritichi is part of the "quirked" colony. She's about 16 with pale blue hair and red eyes. The Quirked are humans with weird mutations and powers. Itazura herself can weaponize her voice, usually in the form of arrows that can be created in different forms depending on pitch and volume. Other notable members would be Garden, a child that can control plants; Miraju, a young woman that can create illusions; and ZT, middle-aged man who can fly and considered the leader)
