Up Special; Nanomachine Release: Armstrong produces a shockwave, launching him in the air, and sending nearby opponents flying. The more nanomachine charges he has, the more powerful the shockwave. No nanomachines charges causes no shockwave, but still sends him up.
Neutral Special; Political Punt: Armstrong thrusts his fist forwards, attempting to grab. If he grabs somebody, he punts them like he would with a football (played college ball, y'know, would've gone pro if I hadn't joined the Navy). Failing the grab results in a tiny bit of delay before returning to normal, leaving room for punishes.
Side Special; Nanomachine Haymaker: Armstrong leaps forwards, releasing a powerful haymaker. If in the air, this move can be directed downwards, creating a shockwave as he lands that hits people.
Down Special; Nanomachine Charge: Armstrong uses his healing move to gain nanomachines. He cannot move or attack during the move, leaving him vulnerable. If the move is completed, he gets a nanomachine charge, which heals a little bit of health and gives him shield, as well as makes his strikes more powerful. Nanomachines can stack up to 3 times, but have a cooldown after 3 uses. Charges are lost upon death or if a charge's respective shield has been broken.
