if a stream doesn't have an active owner, and you area moderator, you can claim the stream.

just claimed like 5 streams. i now own almost 20 streams

now i actually have to scroll to see the pending moderations for msmg bc its in my moderation list.

maybe i should tell this to one of the msmg owners and theyll give me the stream so i can be lazy. what do you think?
