Directly under? You would still have a shadow. Having lights shining on you from all directions would still make you have a shadow. The only time where you can get rid of a shadow is if your in a dark place / its dark wherever you are at right now. Your shadow is dependent on the perspective of the light shining on you.

It would basically be like your outside and your shadow would be facing at what time of day it would be
