Micheal: possibly hit by the wrench, burn marks from just being held and slowly dropped down to prevent sound

Kaitou: those burn marks are pretty bad, looks like from fire.

Micheal: hm maybe the bruise is just where she fell, alright I reckon it's Devin

Devin: and that bruise looks like blunt force trauma!

She has burn marks that would most likely be afflicted by only 2 people since lighters DO NOT create burns this bad, and plus a lighter could not kill, nor would someone use a lighter to burn a dead body

Devin: what if the burns didn't kill her?!
