Kirby's Dream Buffet
Spherical Waddle Dees appear as impediments during Strawberry Races. Four of them will be placed near the front of every race. They function similarly to Kirby racers, and can steal strawberries and knock Kirby off the map. However, they cannot grow larger, collect Copy Food, or eat cakes at the end of the map. They are also rather slow and will rarely catch up with the Kirbys past the start.
These Waddle Dees can wear costumes that the player has unlocked, and are named randomly, usually being a pun with another existing Kirby character. These names include:[1]
