I went to college in Boston. At the time there was a Scot named Andrew Finlayson that had funny radio ads on WBCN, a legendary Boston rock station. (coincidentally Billy West, the voice of Futurama's Fry, et al, got his start there).

Andrew's signature line in his ads was "Hello, I'm Andrew Finlayson, and I'm back again.

I'm on my fourth imgflip account, I thought deleting my previous accounts would cure my addiction to memes. My username is a joke I have with myself. At the time I didn't realize what a common name it is. The picture I used for my meme comment is an actual person named Andrew Finlayson, but not the same person as in the radio ads.

I don't mind at all, May 24, 2021 at 1:30pm. We buried him the next day in a sunny spot under a pine tree.

My cat was totally fine like 2 weeks ago, then last week his health just went downhill and 3 days ago he couldn't even stand

A different cat we had in California from the 90's was like that at the end. I fed her with a syringe for the last week of her life. She was an amazing jumper when she was young. Vet said she had Feline Leukemia. She died in the sunshine, was purring to the end.

It must have been hard

The hardest part for me was that it was sudden and unexpected, in front of my eyes. He literally fell off a chair and was then dead in my arms in minutes.

Not sure what happened to cause that, he might have eaten a hornet, as they had been getting into the house. Maybe anaphylaxis, will never know.

He was loved by all and is missed. Some in the family wanted to get another cat the practically the next day, I couldn't. We waited about three months and got a rescue kitten who had dumped in a box on the side of the road in NC. Jet black, still skittish a year later, frisky, a little mischievous. Not cuddly but has his own charms.
