So the globe tells you what way the spacecraft is facing. There are two yellow markers that tell you "Prograde" (what way the spacecraft is going) and "Retrograde" (what way the spacecraft is not going)
The right panels control stability
The bottom left clock is your vertical speed, used during launch
The middle clock tells you your altitude
The three bars on the right tell you pitch, yaw, and roll
And the bar with blue on it is levels of atmosphere
(You don't really need to know this since it's KSP but bear with me it's RP)
