Those lines are how the rockets are towed from the VAB to the launchpad

The shape is specially designed to launch doubleplusefficientwise, many rockets can be launched in a speedful amount of time. It is plusflexful, and fuel veins will be able to pump fuel to the rocket doubleplusspeedwise.
