Each of you have a belt with one of these on it *the teacher holds up one blue and one red square of fabric* your goal is try and get close to the other person and get theirs without getting yours taken. You will have 15 minutes. Whoever has both by the end of the time will win.

I hope they do- that would be very annoying for you if the didn’t- I feel bad for fighting you now- even if we were just assigned to be training partners- should I ask the teacher to not make us training partners? I wouldn’t want someone else to be the reason you get hurt- but I don’t want me to be the reason either- *they ramble about this, visibly very worried*

Karma: calm down! My feathers grow back rather quickly and by the end of most fights I’m in my wing are usually dripping blood or it just hurts to use them, and I’m cases where I make really big objects or a lot I just can’t use them and I’ve only ever fallen unconscious like twice- and most of your shocks were absorbed into my feathers so it didn’t hurt as much

Hecate: quirks are stupid- why do they have to hurt the users?? This worlds has had quirks for a f**kin’ while now! Shouldnt they know how to help people not get hurt??-

Hecate: *looks at Karma upside down again, leaning their chair back while the teacher wasn’t looking* *they whisper so that they don’t get in trouble again* because! You are a pretty boy!~ *they wink at Karma, giggle quietly then go back to listening to the class, not leaning back anymore*

Karma: *sighs*

*class goes by slowly, but ends*
*the bell rings*
Teacher: class is dismissed! Have a great day everyone
Hecate: FINALLY- *they grab their bag and stand up*

Karma: *get up and leaves the class*

*Karma sees Hecate go through the back door again, the lights flickering again, then them stumbling out of the door*

Karma: *tries to follow them*

*the door closes slowly so Karma has a chance to go through*
*Hecate is speed- walking back to the place they took Hecate to*

Karma: *flies after them*
