-They choose his name themself because it sounded cool and powerful and spooky. Now they get called Cat as a nickname
-it’s quirk works by using electricity to restart hearts if it’s needed! Or just generally use the electricity to turn on power or electrocute people.
They got the quirk by mistake because they were reanimated Frankenstein’s Monster-style and got the power to use lightning and stuff :)
-they almost didn’t even get into the hero course because of how their quirk was (very not controlled and chaotic) but they promised that they would improve if they just got help controlling their quirk so they got let in :)
-Hecate plays a lot of pranks and teases their classmates- a lot- paired with the fact that they are really tall (almost 6ft) and that their voice can be intimidating when they force it to be (when forced it sounds deeper and more stern, when not forced it’s voice is more high pitched but no matter what their voice is raspy and some even say it’s calming!
-they will punch a bitch if they are being annoying or a bully. Protective undead boi
-they can fight by using mini lightning rods that they an throw at people or stick into the ground and then use them to electrocute a specific person/group of people! If he uses it’s quirk too much they will get lightning bolt-like scars and will have less control of who or what they shock. The goggles are to protect their eyes from the bright lightning

Hecate is 17 1/2, unlike most of the students in UA because they- got held back ._. He used to be at a different hero school but got transferred to UA because of the other school being fed up with them. But they keep promising that they will do better next year so they are just like “eh fine whatever”
They can also take taxidermy limbs or fresh limbs and just pop them onto their body to use them. Need to jump high? Kangaroo legs! Need claws? Tiger paws! Need good hearing? Bunny ears! Etc etc
An added perk of being a reanimated mic of body parts is that you can mr potato head them a different look! If Hecate needed wings they could just sew them on :)
Syrian (Quirk: Heartbreak [Hero name would be Cupid] He can touch someone and they will either fall in love with the person of Syrian's choice or fall out of love with someone. Sounds like a Villain Quirk but makes sense since he's the brother of S h i g g y )
*they get a small shock* *Hecate starts laughing, falling off the desk from how much they are laughing*
Hecate: I GOT YOU- I CANT BELIEVE THAT WORKS OH MY GODS-
*they get to the back door but it’s locked by a key card lock*
Hecate: well- time to shock this system and possibly break all electric devices in the school!! *he cracks his knuckles and puts his hands against the lock, shocking it and making the door click open* *also making all the lights short circuit and turn off*
*after they walk outside for a while, Hecate walks up to an abandoned building*
Hecate: welcome to my very secret hideout behind the school! *they hold his hand again, running into the concrete building*
Hecate: mhm! I sneak out of class to go here and watch the sky :) *they go up some stairs and show an area of the building that leads to a flat roof and it has a few beanbags and a picnic blanket*
Hecate: *turns their head to look at him, smiling* aww~! You are absolutely adorable!! *they use their other hand to gently move his face to look at them, holding his face afterwards*
Hecate: mhm! You’re adorable, and nice, and your eyes are super pretty~ *their skin is cold, but comforting in a way. He’s looking into his eyes and smiling still*
Hecate: don’t get me wrong I still want to be a hero- but- the whole way that hero agencies work and how they judge if you need to be saved or not, if you are “evil”, etc.- *they are still holding his face, kind of zoning out and looking at him*
Hecate: uh- anyways *they turn back to look at the sky, the hand holding his face drops and they are still holding hands* anything else about yourself?
*somehow it takes Hecate a while to realize that he is awake and singing along*
Hecate: ! *they stop and turn to him* how long have you been awake for?? *they look slightly embarrassed*
Hecate: *thinking: holy shit he has pretty eyes- is that gay? Yeah- why am I worried about that I’m queer- WHY AM I EVEN THINKING ABOUT THAT- *internal screaming* *they are just smiling and staring at the sky*
He seems to be thinking the same things, simply staring at the sky with a slightly tense face. +-mind- 'Why did they look away? Did I do something wrong? Do they like me? No...They wouldn't...I"m not that cool.'+ He frowns barely
