I would use any. The one I mostly use is ibisPaint.
But majority of time I draw on a sketchbook.

It's just that the person I happen to find who did this just happens to be a furry.

I mean, I've shown you an example with Stalenhag, he does his art with his own hands.

That more or less depends on creativity than drawing skills. xD

It needs a lot of skill to insert something so modern into something so old.
