"Moscow, we have achieved orbit, all systems are looking good." Leonov said back to control. They were already halfway there, now all they had to do was reach the Moon, land, and return. The Soviets were now informing the rest of the world what was going on. The first men on the Moon would soon be cosmonauts, as was expected. As long as nothing went wrong, it looked like smooth sailing from here.
