From my understanding, queer just means you are part of the LGBTQ community. Basically you aren’t Cishet and allo, while homosexual means you like people of your own gender. So if you are homosexual, you are queer, but being queer doesn’t make you homosexual

If I call my friend a “f**kin dirty queer”
That’s me calling them gay
But if someone is actually queer-
They’re either confused or have a generalization-
