In phase one, the only way to damage OwODozer is by detonating the ammo pouches on his belt, this will cause his chest to become exposed allowing you to shoot his chest.
In phase two, he equips his shield, you can't shoot him from the front, in order to damage him, you have to sneak up behind him and throw a sticky grenade on his chest, repeat this 5 times and he'll enter his final phase.
In his final phase, OwODozer will equip himself with a grenade launcher that can one shot you assuming that he gets a direct hit, to defeat him, you have to pick up grenades that missed you (watch out, as these grenades automatically detonate after 8 seconds if they are sticking to a surface) and throw them back at him, repeat this 5 times and he'll be dead.
