Very nice! few things
1) I would say let a little more hair in the ponytail and for a realistic type touch add a fly away
2) when doing a side profile try and make the iris more to the front of the eye, and add a little bit of white.( when I do eyes I take the brush and turn down to 35% seeable and kinda shade in the top of the eye. sometimes I add highlights)

Ok! I like taking suggestions to see how it turns out, and I usually draw pretty simple with one brush so I definitely want to work on that!
