Hanahaki Disease (花吐き病 (Japanese); 하나하키병 (Korean); 花吐病 (Chinese)) is a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings (romantic love only; strong friendship is not enough), or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love also disappear.

It's a fictional disease were flower grow on the person, grow in their lungs, and more. This happens when the person loves someone, but the other person doesn't love them back or doesn't know that they love them. This can be cured when the person that they love gets in a relationship or the infected person dies. Or they can have it removed with surgery but they won't love the other person anymore.

Ann - Oh hi!...

"Do you mind if I play my guitar for the kiddos for the bit?"

Ann - I think they would like that

He smiles and looks at the kids. "I remember a few of you from the other day! Do you want me to play a song from then, or a new one?"

Rando kid I don't know what to name - New!

"Alright kiddo" He sets his fingers on the strings and starts to strum. It sounds like Prince Ali from Aladdin.

Ann - Huh

He pauses and looks up. "Should I sing?"

Ann - Eh it's your choice

He smiles mischievously as all the kids start laughing. One of them taps Ann and smiles. "He says to be careful because when he sings it will make your ears bleed!" Jake moves some hair away from his face. "They all still love when I sing, it's adorable"

Ann - * she laughs a bit *

He starts strumming again, then begins to sing.

(Ty) All the kids and smiling and laughing, while some are hugging Jake. "Alright, kiddos, the shows over. You don't mind if I turn them back over to you, do you? I'll still be around, I just have to stop with my guitar before I break a finger"

Jake sits his guitar down and a little kid walks up to him and hugs him.

Ann - aww

"Hey, if you don't mind me asking and sounding like I've been living under a rock, but...why are there flowers on your face? They look pretty, but I'm just curious"

Ann - Oh uhm....

"U-Uh...sorry. You don't have to answer if you don't feel comfortable!"

Ann - Well... I have uhm.... Hanahaki Disease...

"Oh..."

Ann - ...

Another kid sneaks up behind Jake and pushes him gently. "SON OF A B- POTATO!" All the kids start to laugh as he tries to catch his breath

He smiles. "Wanna wait till the kids go home or now?"

Ann - Alright! Their parents should be here soon

"Great!" He turns back to the kids. "Alright, I think I've got time for one more song. Any requests?" One little girl jumps up. "Let It Go by Elsa! And sing it!!"

Ann - ( mumbles) the amount of times she listens to that's song-

"It's a little girl, what do you expect? They pretty much worship Elsa at that age"

Ann - True

"Alright, I'll do Let It Go. As long as Ann sings with me!"

Ann - O- Wait what

"Mhm!" All of the kids are cheering

Ann - I'm not so sure...

One of the kids walks up to her. "Pleaase?"
