Calm down, Koi. It was a debug stick.
The iron blocks arent level with the bottom layer of the wall. The bottom layer is adjacent to the fence posts. You can tell because of the edge alignment relative to the sand in the background and the stone to the right. All that Space did was line up the wall and fences, then hit the fence with a debug.

The wall is 2 or 3 blocks wide and in the background just positioned to look that way. You might be right but that's what I think
