Amari: first of all I'm not interested, and second this is a private server how'd you get here?

"It is? My apologies!"

Amari: wait, you don't know that?

"No, I didn't!"

Amari: then how'd you get here?

"I'm not sure!"

Amari: uh, nice answer

Orion: Wait, this is a private server, how did you get in?

"Oh, it is?"

Yeah.

She tilts her head. "I didn't know that"

Ah well... why are you here?

"To talk!"

What is there to talk about?

"I have a quest to offer you!"

Not interested *starts to close the door*

"But you haven't even heard it!"

Nope *almost has the door closed*

She puts her hand on the door to stop it. "Just listen to me!"

*was writing stuff down in a book while looking at an amethyst geode* *He doesn’t notice they are there yet*

"Um, hello?"

*Dr.Hale looks up, expecting it to be someone he knows and not realizing the voice is not of someone he knew*
Dr.Hale: oh, hello!- *he looks up* ! *he jumped from being startled and fell over, tripping over a rock* ow- *he gets up again, dusting off his lab coat and fixing his glasses*

"You're Dr. Hale, correct?"

Dr.Hale: uh- yes! Are you a new researcher? I haven’t seen you back at the main building before- or any of the sites-

"No, I'm not! I'd just like to talk with you!"

Dr.Hale: oh, okay! What is your name?

"I'm Cora!"

Dr.Hale: nice to meet you, Cora :)

Her form switches from Aite to a smaller girl, who starts making pens and such levitate

*Leiam puts on headphones and listens to music* *He keeps doodling*
*8 minutes pass*
Leiam: uh- *looks at the clock* shouldn't the Deep Dark team be back from the warden by now-? *he sounds worried*

She starts running, holding up her hand in case of an attack.

*Leiam follows, they see that the lights went back to normal*
Leiam: what the- usually after the Warden they come back up-

"A-A Warden?!"

Leiam: yep- Michael researches the deep dark- aaand- they accidentally summon wardens- a lot- so far no one has gotten hurt from one yet!
(This is before the very fun event of Michael getting attacked by the Warden :D)

She winces. "I should've tried harder to heal him..."

Leiam: you did just fine with the healing-

"You're welcome"

*Leiam walks out of the cave and back to the stairs*

"I'm not completely mortal, but I'm also not a complete deity."

Dr.Hale: so I was- half right? A certain percentage right?- idk-

She walks over to him.

*Leiam runs to Michael, checking his pulse to see if he’s still alive and thankfully he is, just very injured*

She waves as well

*Dr. Reed, or who Dr. Hale called Michael is his partner*
Dr. Reed: *yawns* hello dear *he hugs Dr. Hale*
Dr. Hale: *smiles* you on your break?
Dr. Reed: no I actually finished my work early- for once- also, who is this? A new researcher?
Dr. Hale: no, just a god-like being that stopped by to talk to me :)
Dr. Reed: oh ._. That is- nice?-

She smiles nervously.

Dr. Hale: you ok?

"Nope"

Leiam: oh- ._. Okay-
*a doctor walks by them from one door way to another*
Doctor: Dr.Hale you may go see Dr.Reed if you wish to.
*Leiam nods and stands up, walking towards the door to the hospital rooms*

She smiles

*Dr.Hales smiles back, sitting down on one of the big rocks in the cave and putting down his book and pen*

*in the morning*
*Leiam woke up suddenly, looking around and realizing where he is, then looking at the time*
Leiam: am I?- Yep- late- oh well- *he leans his head back and it rests against the wall*

"Don't worry, there's plenty of people here, and I can protect him if anything happens, alright?"

Leiam:… alright- *he seems calmer after hearing that, still anxious, but less than before*

She follows

*Leiam takes Michael to a mini hospital of sorts in the facility, Saying he just won’t wake up, but is alive, then they take Michael into a room and say to Leiam and Aite to just sit in the waiting room and they will get updated on Michael soon*

"But the broken bones...They're within my range of magic..."

Leiam: you didn’t know how badly he would be hurt… and the whole “everyone is dead around you” situation definitely could have made you more nervous!- it was not your fault-

She laughs quietly too

Doctor: well- Michael will be able to leave here after today. Until tomorrow you can not visit him.
Leiam: okay- well- thank you for- whatever you did-
Doctor: you’re welcome. *they walk out of the room*
Leiam: I’m not even allowed to see him until tomorrow- what did they even do?? You did more than them- they just- told me my partner won’t be able to even be visited until tomorrow and has broken bones! I already knew he had broken bones!! He got thrown against a cave wall!! That would break bones-

She hugs him gently as her form flickers from Aite to Guritchi

*Leiam sighs, feeling overall just very tired*

"Mhm"

(Writing Dr then their names are annoying soo- going to call them their real names now lol)
Michael: interesting-

"Then this can't be good..." She keeps running

*Leiam runs ahead of her and gets to the deep dark section of the cave system, an ancient city comes into view with protective boxes around shriekers and skulk censors* *he can’t see much else with the darkness of the cave*
Leiam: oh no- well- they got it Warden-spawnproof now- *he picks up a unlit lantern from the ground and lights it with his lighter, illuminating the cave around them*
*bodies* *dead bodies are all around them, the researchers that used to be working and alive are dead* *some got thrown onto spikes or rocks and some seemed to have just fallen over and died*
Leiam: holy f**k- *he looks around* Michael??? MICHAEL?!? Where the hell is he???!

She stays seated

Leiam: are you going to stay here? If so, I’ll be back soon-

She's still awake, in the same spot as before

Leiam: did you sleep at all?-

"Alright"

*they walk up a carved staircase to a office-like hallway and Leiam holds open a door to a break room*

"Hmm...Cool!"

Dr.Hale: yeah- I could go on and on about how cool he is but uh- I won’t talk your ears off because we just met and oh heck I’m already talking a lot .w.|||| sorry about that-

Her form switches back to Aite. "I'll go check on them."

Leiam: I’ll come with you- *he sets down his headphones, book, and pen and stands up*

"You go see him"

Leiam: okay- *he goes through the door and walks down the hallway until he sees Michael laying on a hospital bed in one of the rooms*

She starts walking

*Leiam follows*
*as they go back into the cave, the mechanical noises and shrieking stopped, but any other noise has stopped as well*

She puts her feet on the seat and hugs her knees

*Every once and a while wheels of medical equipment coming down the halls or footsteps can be heard but other than that it is silent*

"Move. Chaos and mischief aren't my only powers" She waves her hand and his injuries fade away

Leiam: good- thank you… now, we need to get him back to the surface- *he picks up Michael*

"No, of course not!"

Dr.Hale: okay then- well where are you from? This world or another?

She giggles quietly

Dr. Reed: so- are you immortal?-

"Hm..." Her face is still pale

*Leiam hugs her*

She dips her head and walks in

*Leiam enters after her, sitting down on one of the couches and taking his book and pen and doodling*

(yo i might try and sleep so I won't be on until tomorrow or later when I change my mind lol)

(That’s ok! Get that sleep!!! Sleep is good)

"Um...I'll just say it, I guess. This form, Aite, is a goddess. I have another form, a mortal girl with glitching and levitation powers."

Dr.Hale: huh- that’s cool-
*Aite and Hale hear footsteps echoing through the cave and getting closer* *Dr. Hale looks around Aite to see who it is*

She sits, her face deathly pale.

*Leiam fidgets with his necklace*
*time passes, and more time passes, and more time passes* *until one of the people who took Michael walks out of the room, Leiam looks up at them and starts talking quickly before they can, his voice is shakey and weak sounding*
Leiam: is he ok?? Will he be ok?? I hope he will be- and all the others in the deep dark?? Are they dead?! That was a lot of people-
Doctor: yes. Dr. Reed will be alright. He may need to not be at work for a while because his injuries healed almost magically outside, but any broken bones or other injuries inside will take longer to heal-
*Leiam sighs, now feeling more calm about the situation*
Doctor: on the other hand- most of the others are… dead- it is amazing how some even survived a Warden-

(oh no-)
"Oh..."

(Yeah-)
Leiam: we can just wait on the surface and everyone will be coming back up soon! Usually after 5 minutes the Warden goes away so they should be back in 6 minutes :)

"You should rest..."

Leiam: I can stay awake- I mean- what if something happens when I’m asleep and I can’t react in time? What if something happens with Michael- *he takes a few deep breaths, trying to not get worked up and trying to stay calm*

"Go rest..."

Leiam: I can just rest here-

A look of shock is stuck on her face and she steps back. "I-I...I'll go find him"

*Leiam frantically runs around looking for Michael*
Leiam: MICHAEL?? YOU WERE HERE- WHERE ARE YOU??? *he turns around and sees a body, against the wall of the cave, the person was sitting and had their back on the wall of the cave, blood is all around them* *GUESS WHO THAT IS! :D*

She starts humming quietly

*time skip ig?-*

"Oh, you're fine!"

Dr.Hale: are ya sure? I can stop if I’m annoying you-

"What are you working on?"

Dr.Hale: just some observation stuff- like- look at thing, write down what you see, look at another thing, write down what you see again, repeat. The boring things- my partner gets to do the cooler stuff. Go and research creatures- don’t get me wrong, rocks and gems are cool! But it’s just boring, ya know? :/ not to mention that I don’t see many people-

"Um...if I'm being honest...Technically this world."

Dr.Hale: interesting- if I’m correct about you not being exactly mortal or human, there isn’t many non-humans here-

Aite seems shocked, but gently hugs him back

*Leiam smiles*
Leiam: again, not your fault. Unless you somehow summoned that warden, which I highly doubt *he laughs a bit to himself, saying that sarcastically to try and stay positive*

"I'm not very good with people..."

Dr. Hale: mood

"No..."

Leiam: oh… well- I’m sorry you couldn’t sleep-

"Alright..."

*Leiam kind of zones out for a while, staring the the floor and messing with his necklaces* *after a while of that he slowly falls asleep*

She moves out of the way

*he is walking down the hallway, sees Dr. Hale and Aite and waves hello*
Dr. Hale: hi Michael! :)

(Alrighty, i'm back!)

"Yeah"

*deeper down in the cave they hear something that sounds like a high pitched not-human shriek followed by machinery like pistons and noisemakers go off*
Leiam: what the hell was that?? *he looks down the cave, it seems like the lights down deeper in the cave went out because it is way darker*
Michael: *looks in the same direction Leiam was looking* shit- uhh- you guys should go I will be back-
Leiam: Warden problem?
Michael: Warden problem- *he runs down the cave, stopping and being more quiet as he gets into the darkness*
Leiam: yeah- we should get out of here *he stands up and starts speed walking out of the cave*

"You're fine. I'll be alright"

Leiam: you sure? Don’t you- ya know- need sleep?
