Hello! How are you? Hope you are good- if you aren’t I’m sorry :( these things may feel like a lot and difficult to do but they could help you feel better!

-have you ate?
have you gotten something to drink?
-do you need sleep?
-have you taken a shower or brushed teeth or hair yet?
-taken time for yourself today?

I know taking care of yourself is hard to do and motivation to get up in the morning is something I struggle with too! But here’s some things that help me with doing tasks like that!

Don’t try to tire yourself out doing things. If sitting down while taking a shower or when brushing your teeth do it! If making food is tiresome then has pre made stuff from when you had the energy to make it! Or have some healthy snacks or not needed to be cooked or made foods ready

If hydrating is a problem, keep a big water bottle or many smaller ones filled in your room! Or keep a cup near your sink and after or before brushing your teeth you can get some water!

Whenever you can kill two birds with one stone do it! Very helpful if while doing one task you can get another done!

For any folks that may have anxiety about time passing (may just be me-) take some deep breaths, listen to long lofi songs that just loop over and over again because they are slow and repeat, making (at least to me) time seem slower. Just take deep breaths and lay down or close your eyes and relax

Remember that everything will be okay! I’m not going to say “there needs to be rain for a rainbow” or anything you have probably heard 1000 times but just know that I (and many people) love and care about you so keep going! You can do it! Outlive your enemies out of pure SPITE!!! (Or just because you deserve to live a long and happy life)
