As of this moment, everyone, and I MEAN EVERYONE, has a clean slate. Sort of like turning 18, and your criminal record as a child being sealed, everyone is now reset for their bans.

Just so you know, this is the ONLY time this will occur under the new owners, though SOME exceptions may occur.
