I don't like the discrimitory one (probs spelled that wrong) but some people aren't educated and don't know what pronouns are which sometimes isn't their fault. I would explain to them what they mean unless they mean it in a harmful way. If they still don't respect your pronouns after that then they are just being a bigot and a hater. But I wouldn't say make fun of them when they don't know.
