There really isn't any circular reasoning to it. I'll see your evidence and raise you "free will."
God allegedly gave us free will, yet he has a plan, and he knows everything that has, is and will happen. So, God knows I would have such a view that holds evidence as the key to my "faith." Which, faith means to believe something without evidence for doing so. God knows that through all of my cumulative experiences, I am purely evidence based because of how my trust is well guarded. He knows I am staunch in my defense, and let me go into this body knowing I would be condemning myself to hell because of my earthly views which last for only the blink of an eye in his existence -- IF he existed.
Small dick energy to be that petty, especially if my way "in" is to appeal to his ego, over some mortal who is "Average Joe" that he thinks that they should be condemned to an eternity of fire because they couldn't overcome their earthly vices. And then, there's a huge amount of people who don't have the tools or environment to have a will to embrace that thinking.
How is it God's plan that 3.1 million children die each year from Starvation? Why does he do nothing? Why is it God's plan that children should be raped? Free will? What choice did that child make to bring that upon herself? If there is a God that puts us here to test us to satisfy his own ego, I want nothing to do with that God.
Guy has such an ego, that Humans have been here for 200k years (perhaps longer) and only until the last 2-4k years he decided to make his appearance. But for the rest of those 196k years... Yeah, they can do their own thing. Let'em murder, rape, steal. But, in spite of all of this, to clean up the mess he made, he sends himself down claiming he is his own son, and sacrifices himself to himself to clean up the mess he made and then claims all of the glory.
I'm good. There are plenty of other gods out there who could be responsible for creationism. If the Christian God did create this existence, I will conclude that he is a Super Being, but he is not the God we claim him to be.
