It's a game for kids where they have to defuse the bomb. And no, it doesn't actually explode.

Oh ok. I bet the Karen's were like "but WhAt iF there wAs A rEaL BoMb? ThE KiD wOuLd TrY TwO DeFuSe It" um I'm sorry but I don't think all bombs look like that.

I own a copy of the toy, and I can assure you that the noise the toy makes sounds nothing like a time bomb.
