What do you mean by reform? Make new laws? Enforce laws? Have no laws on immigration?

Well then explain it to me? Reforming need an end goal. There are three point that need attention:
1.those who are already here
2.how to control the flow of people
3.how to punish law breakers who cross the border

Great. So talk to your congressperson about getting pathways to citizenship reformed and that'll take care of pretty much all of that.

A wall would have worked better if they allowed the completion of it...

Then again they would rather spend a hell of a lot more protecting the building materials and social programs for MILLIONS of new ILLEGALS

It would have been cheaper to finish the wall, but the government just stops building and waste taxpayer money to do literally nothing.
