You can use Google Translate, along with anything that lets you translate websites, as a proxy to override blocks. It's really glitchy, doesn't let you add anything (so you can't talk on discord or post stuff on social media) and half the time only shows you the HTML. But if you want to get information from a blocked website, it works fine. I was using it to read video game fandom pages, and it was working well enough. Then the school must have figured out that I did it though, so they went and blocked Google Translate.
