He's an idiotic spammer who raids stream like MSMG and WhenYourOutOfStreams with alt accounts trying to get someone to link their twitter.
I already linked their twitter but they won't stop
If you see on of their alts raiding, indefinitely comment and post ban them and delete all of their comments.

but how do i know if it's blue

1. if they just randomly started their account
2. if they have a weird name
3. If they start spamming comments like "Link my twitter"
