The freedom to walk should not be taken for granted. There are very few places in America where you may do so with safety and pride. Women and kids are particularly beneficiaries of this freedom. This is mostly threatened by traffic so the government must do the enforcement. An American Indian would value his freedom to roam free before and now when they live in reservations. American cities are made to maximize the profits, namely one man one car. This is not freedom. 👈
