TRYING TO BE LABOR LITE AND ARE ALREADY SUCCESSFUL AT THAT JOB WITH A 50% EMISSIONS RATE CUT BY 2030, NOT 2070; WORSE THAN FEDERAL AUSTRALIA'S RATE AT 43% AND JUST AS BAD AS JOE BIDEN'S TARGET OF 50-52% CARBON EMISSIONS CUT BY 2030.
