Democrats sue the FEC over pending Trump 2024 run
On Wednesday, a Democratic group called American Bridge filed a lawsuit against the Federal Election Commission (FEC). Their argument is that the FEC has done nothing to hold former President Donald Trump accountable for teasing a potential 2024 run.
American Bridge 21st Century President Jessica Floyd accused Trump of beginning his 2024 campaign “illegally,” claiming his repeated teases are giving him a potential advantage over other potential presidential candidates."
