Every copy of Mario 64 is personalized. Your copy of Mario 64 could have some minor difference from somebody else’s copy. Some people might have the Wario Apparition, some people don’t and might have the Forbidden Door. Your copy could be the 1995 prototype, and some might have a later version. If you play somebody else’s copy, it feels different, you might feel uncomfortable, even. Every minor/major tweak in every copy could be the reason that Mario 64 2 was not released, because the personalization couldn’t be made again.
