yaya, i can try to help!

for hands, i usually draw either a triangle or a square-like triangle for the base of the hand. as seen in the demonstration, i usually draw the pointer-finger, thumb, and then the rest of the fingers as a square.

for arms, i usually draw a line coming down from the shoulder and then another one underneath for the top half of the arm. for the forearm, i draw a circle for the elbow joint and a pear kind of shape that comes from the circle.

if you need, i can draw a full arm for an example if it helps.

All right my best way of helping for the hand:
first, draw a flask-like Shape
add a sort of rectangle, but the top is rounded
next, add a slightly taller rectangle that has the top rounded
take the first rectangle you added, and try to copy it to the other side of the slightly taller one
then add a really small rectangle that has the top rounded
it should be smaller than all the other rectangles
by the way, the rectangles are supposed to be fingers
after that, look for the first rectangle, or finger, that you drew
cut that finger into invisible thirds
go to the first third and draw a finger going down to the bottom of the flask shape from that line
and then you're done with the hand!
I drew a small, crappy example of it, sorry if it's not very useful/ confusing

I don't have tips for that. I can help with eyes....in a simple way to draw them not like super realistic eyes.
