It does not. However, the Roe v. Wade ruling years ago allowed abortions, which are not killing children; the baby is not alive until it begins breathing. Therefore, you cannot "kill" the baby because it is not alive. Also, the reason you get an abortion is because you, the baby, those around you, or all of the above are at risk of death or severe financial struggle, which can be dangerous. If you're having twins and one will not survive no matter what due to a developmental issue and will also put its twin and the mother at risk of death, getting an abortion to protect the other twin and the mother is worth it. Or, on the case of teen pregnancy, if a teenager gets pregnant, they will not be able to take care of the baby, and this can cause issues in the community.
