I'm mostly referring to online artists like myself who post their own work, and by extension I'm talking about people who take that art and trace that.
If you're coloring in a page from a coloring book and wanna post that, that's fine. Noone is gonna get mad at you for that. If you're tracing those lines onto another piece of paper, well that's sort of just a gray space. I'd say in that situation you *should* say you traced it from a coloring book, but since you're not really stealing from an individual, it's fine.
But take that with a grain of salt because I'm only a mod and this has never really been talked about by an owner, I'm pretty sure that's the policy though.
