Conservative "Christian" double standard

Prayer never left schools. The rule was intended to be teachers and the like cannot lead prayer because of their individual bias pressuring students to follow along - even if they do not believe.

True but conservatives keep screaming that prayer left public schools and that's why we have school shootings.

Never heard that from any conservative or libertarian friends of mine. I do though, hear it often from the Dems and liberals I know.

You might want to check on the religious right supreme court that trump set up for us and what they are doing.

If by "pushing" do you mean allowing individuals to pray and live by their personal beliefs? The SCOTUS had not now or ever before said "you must do as these people do" regarding religion. The pendulum is just swing back from too far one way - you have no right as an individual to pray as you wish in a public place - toward, the government has no right to STOP you as an individual to pray as you wish in a public place.
