The way to make tags:
1. Make a meme
2. Go to the place where you originally will pick tags
3. Type in whatever you want the tag to be
4. Make sure nobody else has made that tag
5. Once you have typed in whatever you wanted to make the tag, press enter
6. After you press enter, you should have made the Tag!
