Sit to rise for 4 hours in the fridge before dusting you counter with flour. Form the dough into an 16-inch wide circle.
Spread some tomato sauce over the dough (edge to edge) and scatter 1 grated 1-ounce block of grated low moisture mozzarella over it. Bake for 10 minutes in your pre-heated oven on 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
