why so

Well I feel you could improve with the hair, you sort of went back and forth (or so it seems) with wanting smooth/flowy hair and a more rough and spiky design. Otherwise it's a really good drawing though.

It's still good to decide, what you can do is make a lot of larger spikes on the end with an overall flow to those spikes, i think it'd create the messy effect you're looking for. I'd make an example but I don't have access to my drawing tablet rn.
