this art is by someone who goes by Koul, I tracked down their twitter and they seem to be the right person judging by the art on their page + I found the original image and zoomed in enough to read the watermark right.

also, I wanted to tell you that someone traced art (without credit) and noone noticed. I did a comparison of the lines and it's definitely traced.
